I found Yoga at the age of 22, while working in a dance-theater company. Every morning, we began our rehearsals with a Yoga practice and from the very first moment I felt I found what I was looking for ages. After several years of practice, I trained as a certified Yoga Alliance Teacher. I keep studying taking classes, participating in retreats and practicing every day.

My classes are dynamic, to let the body flow with the rhythm of a conscious breathing. Interlacing different postures together with the breathe, the practice becomes a dance that purifies the organism, avoids physical and mental stagnation and helps to improve the concentration. I invite my student to journey of awareness and full presence, in the here and the now. This practice helps improving flexibility, strengthening the body, and calming the mind and includes breathing exercises and mediatation.
