Her pedagogical approach stems from a holistic vision of the human being, integrating body, mind and emotion as interdependent dimensions of movement.
She understands each body as a living archive — a territory charged with history, sensitivity, and latent power still waiting to unfold.
Her practice begins with listening to the body as a source of knowledge and creative impulse.
Since 2011, she has facilitated classes, workshops and retreats in contemporary dance, grounded in release technique, floorwork, improvisation and instant composition — enriched by influences from yoga, physical theatre and floor acrobatics.
Her classes cultivate both technical precision and expressive freedom, emphasizing fluidity, presence, and body awareness on both an individual and collective level. She proposes movement as a tool for exploration, care and transformation.
