Roberta

Multidisciplinary performing artist with experience in contemporary dance, physical theatre, dance-theatre, circus, and opera. Her work emerges from the body and expands into voice, space, and relational dynamics.
She trained in Italy, Germany, and Brazil, developing a vibrant, permeable, and ever-evolving artistic practice.

In 2011, she completed a Master’s degree in Cultural Management with highest honors (University of Federico II in Naples), presenting a final thesis in Aesthetics titled Body Worlds, which explored the relationship between body, art, and perception through the exhibition by Gunther von Hagens.

In 2015, she deepened her somatic and physical training at the circus school Die Etage (Berlin).
In 2021, she completed her training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Yoga Alliance certification (Ashtanga Yoga Band), integrating this discipline into her ongoing artistic research on the expressive and communicative potential of the body.

Since 2018, she has been based in Barcelona, working as a performer, teacher, assistant director, and creator of scenic and multisensory experiences. She collaborates on cross-disciplinary projects that seek authentic, sensory, and socially engaged presence.

Her practice reflects a life devoted to exploring the body as an expressive territory, with a particular interest in works that arise from listening, desire, and relationship — blurring the lines between the physical, the subtle, the sonic, and the ritual.
